Billy Hoskins is an accomplished cheerleading coach and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the cheerleading industry. As the Owner and Program Director of Phantom Athletics, Billy has been instrumental in building one of the most successful cheer programs in the region. His career in cheerleading began as an NCA Cheerleader for 7 years, where he honed his skills and passion for the sport.
Billy’s coaching career spans across several notable roles, including Jackson High School Cheer Coach, Kelly High School Cheer Coach for 10 years, and Southeast Missouri State Cheer Coach for 7 years. Under his leadership, his teams have achieved remarkable success, including seven Missouri State High School Cheerleading Championships, an NCA High School National Championship, and multiple All-Star National Championships and Grand Championships. He has also led teams to become two-time Summit Bid winners and finalists and helped Southeast Missouri State return to the Collegiate National Championship in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Outside of cheerleading, Billy is also a real estate agent serving the Southeast Missouri area, helping clients with buying and selling homes. His passion for leadership, teamwork, and excellence carries over into both his coaching and real estate endeavors.

Brooke Roberts is a dedicated athlete with a strong background in gymnastics and cheerleading. With 8 years in gymnastics and 12 years in cheerleading, Brooke’s passion for sports has been evident from an early age. She spent 4 years in competitive cheerleading, where she earned multiple accolades, including a State Championship title in 2019. Brooke also placed at NCA Nationals three times, securing 5th, 6th, and 7th positions, and was honored with the “Showmanship” award at the 2023 NCA competition. Additionally, she made history as the First All-State Base Cheerleader at Thomas W. Kelly.
Outside of cheer and gymnastics, Brooke is a loving young adult who deeply values her faith, worshiping Jesus every day. She currently works as an Assistant Store Manager at Food Giant while also pursuing her passion for beauty. Brooke is learning the art of hairstyling and plans to become a licensed cosmetologist and aesthetician by 2028.
Brooke has a heart for children and brings 3 years of experience working with toddlers through age 12. In her free time, she enjoys reading, planning weekly targets, and cherishing moments with her two Golden Doodles, Paisley and Bo, who have her whole heart. Of course, her enduring love for cheerleading and gymnastics continues to blossom as she moves forward in her journey.

Monica Meyr is an accomplished athlete, coach, and internal auditor with a wealth of experience in both the cheerleading industry and the banking sector. With a career spanning over 30 years in cheerleading, Monica has made significant contributions as both an athlete and a coach, becoming a respected figure in the cheerleading community. Monica’s cheerleading journey began with 13 years as an All-Star athlete, during which she earned multiple national championships. She then went on to become an athlete for the University of Kentucky from 2006 to 2009, where she was earned two UCA College National Championships. Monica’s achievements as a collegiate athlete and her success in All-Star cheerleading laid the foundation for her future as a coach. For 15 years, Monica served as an All-Star cheer coach, guiding and mentoring athletes to achieve their highest potential. She also held the position of All-Star Program Director for 3 years, where she managed and developed the competitive cheerleading program. In addition to her coaching career, Monica has dedicated the past 6 years as a head judge for the Missouri Cheerleading Coaches Association, bringing her extensive knowledge and experience to help elevate cheerleading programs across the state. In addition to her passion for cheerleading, Monica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. Kicking off the first 5 years of her professional career in her home state of Kentucky, Monica then moved to Missouri in 2014, after getting married, and began her pursuit in banking. She now works as a Contract Services Internal Auditor for the Bank of Missouri, where her years of passion and expertise help contribute to a thriving industry. Outside of her professional career, Monica is a devoted wife and mother. She has been happily married to her husband for 10 years, and together they have two sons, Tripp (8) and Ladd (3). The family owns Shawneetown Feed and Seed, and much of their time is spent on the soccer and baseball fields, supporting their children’s athletic pursuits. Monica and her family are passionate about traveling, snow skiing, and enjoying time on the lake, making the most of their free time together. Gymnast, Cheer Coach & Nurse
Molly Hanners, 23 years old, is a multi-talented individual with an impressive background in gymnastics, coaching, and healthcare. She was a competitive gymnast for 17 years, achieving the prestigious Level 10 ranking, a testament to her dedication and exceptional skills in the sport. Throughout her gymnastics career, Molly earned numerous titles, including State, Regional, and National championships, with her most notable achievement being a 1st place National title. Her accomplishments on the mat have solidified her reputation as one of the top gymnasts of her generation.
After transitioning to coaching, Molly has built a successful career in guiding the next generation of gymnasts. With over 5 years of coaching experience, she has helped produce several State champions, demonstrating her ability to develop athletes and lead them to success. In addition to her individual coaching, Molly currently serves as one of the tumbling coaches for the Kelly High School cheerleading team. In this role, she has played a pivotal part in helping the team achieve back-to-back State championships, showcasing her skills in both coaching and team-building.
In December 2024, Molly graduated from nursing school and embarked on her new career as a nurse. She currently works in the Progressive Care Unit at Saint Francis Medical Center, where she combines her passion for helping others with her medical expertise. Molly’s journey in both sports and healthcare reflects her unwavering commitment to excellence and her desire to make a positive impact in the lives of those around her.

Shaina Cooper, with 10 years of competitive cheerleading experience and 6 years as a school cheerleader, Shaina Cooper has achieved numerous accolades throughout her career. As an NCA All-American Cheerleader, Shaina's athleticism has been recognized at the highest levels. She is a three-time Class 2A Regional Champion, a St. Louis National Champion (1st place, 2010), and has earned several other prestigious titles, including the 2012 Mardi Gras Spirit Events National Champion, 2014 Missouri State Cheer Champion, and 2015 NCA Midwest National Champion.
Shaina's passion for cheerleading extends into coaching, where she has served as Assistant Coach for Kelly High School and Middle School Cheer teams for over four years. Under her guidance, the team achieved remarkable success, including Top 5 finishes at the 2023 NCA High School Nationals and back-to-back Missouri State Cheer Championships in 2023 and 2024.
When not coaching or cheering, Shaina works as a neurology nurse practitioner, holding a Master’s degree in nursing. She lives with her husband, Cord, and their two adorable Corgis, Tater and Piper. Shaina’s lifelong support system, including her devoted parents, has been crucial to her success both on and off the mat.

Nancy Greaser is a highly accomplished athlete and coach with a rich history in gymnastics and cheerleading. She began her athletic journey as the Missouri State All-Around Gymnastics Champion, and continued to excel as a UCA All-Star Cheerleader and UCA Camp Instructor. Nancy’s passion for cheerleading led her to become a SEMO Coed Cheerleader for four years, where she honed her skills and leadership.
With over 20 years of experience in coaching, Nancy has made a significant impact on athletes at all levels. She spent 10 years as Head Cheer Coach at SEMO, a position she has excelled in for 10 years. Under her leadership, SEMO's cheerleading program has grown in reputation and success. Nancy spent 6 years as a grade school coach and another 6 years as an All-Star Cheer Coach.
Outside of her professional life, Nancy has been happily married to her high school sweetheart, Bryan, for 30 years. Together, they have two daughters: Sierra, an ER RN in St. Louis, and Brooklyn, a marketing student at Mizzou. Nancy enjoys staying active, working out, and cherishing time with family and friends, as well as traveling to new destinations.

Tammy Hanners is a highly accomplished gymnastics coach with over 10 years of experience in the field. Throughout her coaching career, Tammy has led athletes to win numerous prestigious titles, including State and National championships, showcasing her expertise in developing talent and fostering a winning mindset. Her dedication to gymnastics and her athletes has earned her recognition as one of the top coaches in the region.
In addition to her success in gymnastics, Tammy has spent the last 2 years coaching Kelly High School Cheerleading. Under her guidance, the cheerleading team has achieved incredible success, including back-to-back State championships, a testament to her leadership, strategy, and ability to motivate her athletes to perform at their best.
Alongside her coaching career, Tammy has worked as a medical assistant for over 21 years. Her experience in the healthcare field has allowed her to support and care for others, bringing a level of compassion and precision to every task. This dual role as both a coach and medical assistant reflects her commitment to helping others, whether it’s through physical training or medical care.
Tammy's personal life is as rewarding as her professional accomplishments. She has been happily married to her high school sweetheart, Mark Hanners, for 31 years. Together, they have raised two children, Mason and Molly, who have been a source of pride and joy in her life. Tammy also enjoys spending time with her beloved dog, Trigger, who is a cherished member of the family.

Robyn Burleson is a highly accomplished athlete and nurse, with a remarkable career both in cheerleading and healthcare. As a high school athlete at Kelly High School, Robyn was part of the inaugural competition cheerleading team, helping to lead the team to their first State championship. This groundbreaking achievement set the tone for the future of cheerleading at Kelly High School, inspiring generations of athletes to come. Robyn's leadership and dedication played a key role in establishing the school’s cheer program as a force to be reckoned with.
After her success in high school, Robyn went on to cheer at the collegiate level, continuing to hone her skills and further solidify her love for the sport. Since graduating, Robyn has remained deeply involved in cheerleading, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments within the industry. Her commitment to the sport continues to inspire and influence the next generation of cheerleaders.
Alongside her athletic achievements, Robyn has had an impressive 27-year career as an orthopedics nurse. With decades of experience in the healthcare field, she has worked diligently to provide exceptional care for her patients, specializing in orthopedics and helping people recover from injuries and surgeries. Robyn’s nursing career has been defined by her compassion, expertise, and dedication to improving the lives of those in her care.

Rhonda McClanahan’s athletic journey began as a Jackson High School Varsity Cheerleader in 1988, where she was part of the team that won the NCA Southeast Cheer Competition Champions title. She continued her competitive spirit with 10 years in Competitive Gymnastics and later supported her children as a dedicated Competitive Cheer Mom for three years.
Rhonda is deeply proud of her family. She has been happily married to her husband, DeWayne, for 28 years. Together, they have two children: Logan, who serves in the Missouri National Guard and holds a BS in Business, and Landyn, who is currently a Junior on the Jackson Varsity Black Competition Cheer Team (2022–present). Rhonda is their biggest cheerleader in all their endeavors.
Professionally, Rhonda holds a BS in Psychology, MA in Mental Health Counseling, and an Ed. Specialist in Counseling Education. With over 25 years of experience in private practice, local school districts, and teaching master’s-level college classes, she currently works at Great Oaks Counseling in Cape Girardeau. Rhonda’s passion for helping others extends beyond counseling, having worked in the front desk and billing department of a local gymnastics gym for more than three years.
Outside of work, Rhonda enjoys horseback riding, camping, kayaking, and just about anything that brings her outdoors. She also loves to travel and create memories with her family.
